The second trailer for the anime adaptation of 'Saga of Tanya the Evil II' has been released, revealing the theme songs and a new cast member. The trailer showcases the opening theme song 'Why? The first season of the anime adaptation premiered in January 2017, and a film was released in February 2019. The smartphone game 'Yōjo Senki - Madōshi Kaku Tatakaeri' was launched in December 2020 but ended service in January 2022. Kadokawa Corporation, the majority owner of Anime News Network, has a financial interest in the show.
